GLUTEN-FREE QUINOA MUFFINS! LIVER & KELP & PEANUT BUTTER & BANANA


TODAY WE ARE MAKING TWO DIFFERENT KINDS OF MUFFINS FOR YOU & YOUR PET WHICH CAN BE ENJOYED BY EITHER!


PEANUT BUTTER, BANANA MUFFINS = 12 pieces

1 cup vanilla almond or soy milk

½ cup brown sugar

1 cup peanut butter

1 whole egg

1 banana

2 tbsp coconut oil

1 cup pumpkin seeds

1 cup peanut butter

2 cups quinoa flour

1.5 cup ground flax seeds

1 cup hemp hearts

2 tsp baking soda


Place all ingredients in the mixing bowl and mix till pasty and thick; remove and put in parchment baking cups, in muffin trays and bake at 325 degrees for 18 minutes. Serve with any jam on the side if extra sweetness is desired. FLOUR LIVER & KELP MUFFINS = 12 pieces


1 cup blended liver with ½ cup carrots 1 cup chicken stock 1 whole egg 2 tbsp Kelp powder 2 cups quinoa flour 1.5 cups ground flax seeds 1 cup hemp hearts 2 tbsp Baking powder For liver: Cook 1 lb liver in a pan with water and salt till fully cooked; remove and put in Nutri Bullet or blender or Food processor with 1 cup carrots and ½ cup of jus from pan; blend till smooth. Then place all ingredients in the mixing bowl and mix till pasty and thick; remove and put in parchment baking cups, in muffin trays and bake at 325 degrees for 18 minutes
