GROUND BEEF & RICE & NUTMEG served with YOGURT on the side

1 lb Lean ground beef 2 tbsp sea salt

1 tbsp ground pepper

3 tbsp nutmeg

1 zucchini

2 cups white rice 4 cups water


Put a small pot with 3.5 cups water to boil and add 2 cups white rice, simmer on low heat until fully cooked. In a large flat skillet, on medium heat, melt 1.5 cups water adding the ground beef with the salt and 2 tbsp nutmeg, stir all together till mixed and flattened; cover and every 6 minutes open and stir.

Once the rice and beef are fully cooked, add the rice to the frying pan and mix all together. Add more salt or nutmeg and pepper to taste. Serve in a bowl or plate with yogurt of your choice on the side.
